The magnetic pen wand pack (I ordered the 4 pack) is very well built. It's just a bit thicker and sturdier than the generic one I had previously. It has a slightly bigger magnetic head so it should have no trouble hauling its advertised 3 pound load. (It easily grabbed all my keys, about a quarter pound) For all this the pen wand easily closes to a pocketable size, yet still extends to 24/25 inches. And I like that they come in different colors so I could change out colors to match whatever. Overall this seems to be a well made, quality product.

This is a great tool. The 4 pack is good because it’s easier to find one when it is needed. I primarily use these to pick up pins that have fallen out of my sewing projects or that have been nocked off my sewing table by my furry feline overlords.It collapses down small enough that it is about the size of a pencil so easy to transport for different projects. When not in use I just stick one to the bottom of my sewing table or put it in my sewing box.It does bend a little when extended, but that requires a lot of weight and effort to cause it to bend. The magnet is strong and allowed me to pick up some screws that had spilled on the bottom of my tool box.

Ordered these to use as stocking stuffers in my office. The are lightweight, small, not "top brand quality" but can lift dropped nails, screws or other small metal pieces. Not something I use everyday but, they come in handy and do their job just fine. When closed, it is around the size of a writing pen making it easy to store. I keep one in my toolbox and one in kitchen junk drawer at home. Would recommend.

I'm a mechanic and these little magnets are a life saver, back saver, super useful in my field of work. I carry it in my left front pocket everyday. Lose one, grab another. Well worth the money. It's a strong magnet for it's size it's made to pick up nuts and bolts not heavy stuff tho. Overall A++

I bought these for my fiancé and he loved them! He actually used them to grab some nails while building a garden bed for me instead of needing to get up everytime he needed one. It worked out great! And saved him some time. The pack of 4 is convenient because we keep one in the house, one in the car and 2 in the garage.
