Ultimate 2018 US Military MRE Complete Meal Inspection Date January 2018 or Newer (Chili Macaroni)

Okay so I’ve been seeing these for awhile and wanted to try one before I sunk money into camping with them. Holy crap, the beef taco tastes exactly like Taco Bell. Comes with coffee/orange drink, mints, napkins, wet napkin, spoon. Tortilla was what I was most impressed with. Really was just fresh flour tortillas. Definitely enough food for 2. Comes with a side dish of Santa Fe rice and beans. They looked unappealing but was actually full of flavor and easy on the stomach. It comes with trailmix as a snack and that was excellent. It’s kinda like a high school food tray. I was always one though who liked school food. Will be ordering tons more for a 2 week camping trip. So many flavors. Definitely not a dull moment with these. Self heating is super cool. Probably only need one maybe two MREs a day for nutrition. Absolutely excellent. My husband wants to keep some in the house in case I leave and don’t make dinner. 😂 5/5 definitely am buying again.

I got the Mac and chili menu 10 mre and it was alright. I mainly bought it just to try it out as I’ve had others but never this one. The overall contents of the mre were decent (skittles, pound cake, lime drink,chili and Mac, crackers and cheese spread, and beer jerky). I would say the chili macaroni and the crackers with cheese spread were the best in the menu. Everything else wasn’t that appetizing but I didn’t expect it to be the best either. The beef jerky was by far the worst with it being pretty tough to chew on and so I ended up taking one bite and throwing that out. The lime drink was really good! I wish I had gotten a different dessert other than the pound cake. It was really dry like I expected it to be but the taste wasn’t so bad. Just not a pound cake person to begin with. I am overall happy and I actually received the mre by the next day after ordering which was really awesome! I would definitely buy from this seller again and maybe I will sometime soon!

Should always keep a couple MRE's on hand. No none of them taste awesome but they beat nothing

Good quality and surprisingly tasty food! Lots of goodies came with it and all the food was fresh. We bougth this for our 13 year old son to use on Boy Scout campouts. Tthe heater can be tricky to manage, so best used under adult supervision, but heated up the food well.

I got menu number 10 Chili Mac and it's delicious! Came with generic crackers, 2 cheese spread, lemon Poppy seed pound cake, Skittles, beef stick, tropical fruit drink and the standard accessory pack.Everything is great! The FRH was working ok. Gets the food to okay temperature. Didn't want to use the microwave in order to keep with the spirit of the journey.Highly recommend this! Wasn't even able to finish everything. Worth every penny. Mine was almost 4 years old and tasted like it was made yesterday.
