Q: Can I use with regular base coat with this nail polish?

This nail polish set come with a base coat and top coat in set（No additional purchase required）. I would not use any other base coat as this is a nail polish that is supposed to be removed easily, quick peeling off.

Q: Is this metallic nail polish set that needs uv light to set it?

No this is the regular polish you don’t need uv light to cure it
