Like gloves for your feet
Shoe snob here. These “shoes” are the physical embodiment of form follow function/KISS. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. I already feel like my feet and legs are getting stronger and these feel great for posture and gait, so natural feeling. Definitely give them a try.

Perfect for the gym.
They do take a bit getting use to , I went a size up and they fit perfectly , but I love them only wear them to the gym though.

Rugged shoes
I own several pairs of Vibram Five Finger shoes. This particular pair is probably my favorite. They're a little thicker than most of the other ones except for the insulated Winter-wear pair that I have.If you're thinking about getting just one pair then these are probably the best general purpose ones. They're a little heavy for around the house maybe but you can walk comfortably anywhere on any surface in these.

Five Fingers Rock
Recent back surgery fixed the problem, PT working on proprioception, feeling the ground, finding working on balance. These shoes help me recover functional movement in my legs, & feet. When I get tired neurologically, and my toes drop, the Vibram soles turn up, and stop my from tripping on my toes. PT was impressed with my progress, me too! Shoes with thick 1” soles are not helpful…
