Patchouli Body Lotion - Hydrates with Coconut & Olive Oil, Plant-Based, Non-Greasy, Sensitive Skin, All Day Use

I really liked this gentle lotion and so gave it a five star review. It rocks, it's cool.

It was okay, but was runnier than I'd expect from a jar (verses squeeze tube or pump). I was expecting more of a body butter consistency. The scent profile seemed a little off (closer to almond than Oatmeal Milk & Honey). Pro: No skin reaction

I was very disappointed that this cream doesn’t smell anything like patchouli which is a scent I have always liked.The odor is reminiscent of some of the CBD creams that also don’t have a very appealing scent to them.

Right now, this item is valued at $2.05/Oz $8.18/4oz & this price is worth paying for someone else but NOT for me.First impressions:*smell is so noticeable upon opening the product. Before you even try to touch any, it smells great.But if you're smell sensitive, this may not be for you.*I have extremely dry skin, so I use this product fresh out the bath or shower. I don't have sensitive skin so I didn't have any allergic reactions during use. I did a patch test on my inside arm fold, because I do have food allergies.*Due to the greasy feeling I had when using this dry, I decided to use this after my skin has been softened (after a long shower, or bath) I get better absorption this way and have minimal transfer after my skin dries.Overall:4oz isn't alot so a little can go a long way, and I wasn't completely disappointed with this product. However, if I had to choose this over an unscented alternative I don't think I would. You don't get enough despite not having to use much for the area you wish to moisturize, but after using it a few days straight you realize you'll need more. It's just not big enough to be used daily, so use it when you want to do aromatherapy or relax if you like the smell.It would be nice if this became an introductory sized item and they made another size that was bigger, and also an unscented variety.

I ind it burns my skin when I use it.

Unfortunately this made me burn! Like my skin on fire burn! I've never had that happen to me for a moisturizer before. My skin even looked like it was splotchy and burning. I love the scent, it's different! And very scented!I have added photos that I took once my skin started it's burning and splotching

I was hoping for a nice moisturizer that absorbed well into my hands leaving them soft. Instead, my hands felt greasy/oily afterwards and that is all I noticed. This product doesn’t work for me. I do not like putting on a moisturizer and then having to wait for quite some time before I can touch anything for fear of making whatever I touch greasy too.The scent is quite strong, which I don’t mind, but I’m not huge into cherry scent and was hoping for more of the vanilla scent. This is very cherry scented.At $25.20 for a 4 ounce jar, I was expecting much more. I won’t be buying this in the future. There are so many other less expensive and better choices (in my opinion) on the market. But, I do respect that this product is handmade in small batches here in the USA and no product testing on animals.
