Not that bright. Not that blue.
The bulbs made almost no difference in my dash from stock. They do not appear any brighter. They definitely do not emit blue light, at least not in my particular vehicle.

works fine, blue tint burns/comes off after a week.
Everything looked good when I received them and installed them. a week after installing them the blue tint came off or burned off, so they're basically stock yellow-white. they do not handle rough or bumpy roads very well, one fell out of the socket and is stuck inside my gauge cluster.
