Overall good product. I like it. It is handy and robust
Handy and good products. I would recommend this.But they playlist doesn't play in the same order every time. Sometimes there is a shuffle automatically. What should be done?

Accidentally locked it...
Does anyone knows how to reset it.... Locked it with an encrypted password and forgot the password..... Now can't get it....Can't reset it either like we do with a smartphone....

SD card does not play , only one song plays,You have to click next everytime to play the next song, when you create your Play list and shut down the player the playlist vanishes, you have to start all over again, 8 gb storage is insufficient, battery lasts for 2 hrs only
