I have had custom mouth guards made by my dentist. That being said, this is Hands down best mouth guard i ever used for BJJ. So easy to form . Keeps shape . Snug fit . 100% recommend.

Daddy Issues
This mouth piece was durable, comfortable and one of the best I have used, but they are a bit pricey. Perfectly protected my mouth while I was getting punched in the face while wondering why my dad never threw the ball with me as a child.

Thickness made hard to mold
I’ve used the thinner version of this for years. Tried this one but it was very difficult to get molded and stay put. It also had a sharp piece right at the top which wound up causing irritation and a wound on my inside upper lip. :/I will go back to the thin version

A custom-fit mouth guard with out the "professional" price tag!
I love SISU mouth guards. If you haven't used one and are still using those boil and bite, rubber pucks... you are in for a treat. Breathing, drinking and the biggest benefit of all... COMMUNICATION, all get easier. Not to mention, it is comfortable enough that you won't feel the need to remove it from your mouth between plays or through the whole game. This means it isn't out in the wild catching extra gems for your body to fight off! Honestly, with a SISU in my mouth - my mouth guard is no longer the first piece of equipment I remove after practice or a game.I haven't tried a professionally custom-fit mouth guard, but I would guess it would feel about the same. It literally hugs my gums and teeth!

Favorite mouth guard
So much easier to talk and drink while wearing! I had to remold it a few times and the fit was tricky to figure out, but I'm pretty happy with what I ended up with. I like this much better than the rubber mouthguards I was using before. Way less strain on my jaw, especially if i end up wearing it for hours.
