Success Eyewear Reading Glasses 3 Pair Spring Hinge Professor Readers for Men and Women Fashion Glasses for Reading

These glasses are very large. They look petite and cute in the photo, but they are over 4 cm (40 mm) or over 1.5 inches wide (top to bottom of the lens). My typical readers are less than an inch wide or a bit over 2 cm (2 cm is 20 mm). Across the lens they are about the same, basically a big circle. From edge to edge of the frame in the front, it's 5.25 inches or about 13.5 cm. These cover the entire top of my face! There is no "peeking" over the top of these. If that's what you are looking for, these are your glasses. They do seem to be well-made otherwise.

If you happen to be the absent minded type like myself that needs multiple pairs of glasses laying around the house then these are the glasses for you. I grew so tired of the "cheap " readers that came out of the mega-stores, in particular the fact that the earpieces were attached with a screw that had no actual "nut" embedded in the frame allowing the earpieces to fall off at sidelong glance, sometimes at the first wearing. Of the 3 pairs from SUCCESS EYEWEAR that I have been using not one of them has lost an earpiece. The optical quality of the lenses are better than the dime store brand and they are generally cheaper. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves buying multiple pairs of "readers"

I had eye surgery many years ago, but still need readers for reading, computer work, and at dusk when the light is dim. I love the cute design. A bargain at $9.99 for three. Wal-mart charges that for one pair. I guess I have an average size head, so they fit me well. Very comfortable also. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase:).

Actually giving a basic pair at 2.50-2.75 is perfect, if your friend does any type of crafts, artwork, sewing, beading then a second pair in another color with stronger magnification of 3.5 or 3.75 is a great addition!I love these glasses! I hope they add more funky, hip colorful Readers so that I can add more to my collection you can never have enough magnifying glasses. I have them everywhere I have two pair in my purse both different magnifications and I have them in the kitchen, bathroom, nightstand, office, hobby room and there is usually one or two in each room you can never have enough glasses!Do not hesitate you will be happy and it's three pair what a GREAT INVESTMENT! Plus they offer Great Customer Service!

I have a big, round melon (8 1/4 hat size) and the wrong readers make me look like a miiddle aged Harry Potter clone although my wife says I look like "martian brain man" whatever that means. I ordered this 3 pack and they work fine. One pair was slightly damaged and the seller emailed me and asked how things went. I told them the one pair had some issues but it wasn't a big deal. They sent me 3 more pair. Nice folks, solid low dollar readers that I now have in 6 rooms in my house. Seems like no matter how many I own, I never have them when I need them

Like most folks, I like to have a few extra pair of reader glasses throughout the house and my work place. I just saw that I'd purchased my set 13 months ago. I am STILL on my initial pair and they're constantly on/off/on/off. I'm an RN in a busy out-patient Mental Health clinic and I love the Sigmund Freud look of this product, however, no one else seems to have caught on. All this to say that they're QUITE sturdy as I'm forever popping them on/off for different tasks and they've held up great. The only weird thing was that an ignorant person, no longer with us, saw me wearing them and said, "I love your glasses.......are they real?" No reflection on the product, of course. They ARE off the beaten path and are a nod to the hipster side of fashion without overdoing it with metal frames, etc. NOICE!

Readers have been basically disposable for me for quite some time and I've been through quite a few. Most have lenses that feel like a 'new prescription' everytime I put them on - not these(2.75x). Only one of the generic 'cheapies' I've had throughout the years had a decent lens, was 'beefy' and held up for while but I can now only find them through unsecure/unknown websites at a higher price. I wouldn't call these 'beefy', but better than others I've tried for more money and by far, the 'cleanest' lens at this price point.I've only had these for a couple of days but liked them so much, went ahead and ordered more just in case they go away. If they offered these with uv400 (and can confirm they're the same), I would buy even more. 3x at $7 (in black)... you could do a lot worse for more money and are easily a 5 star at this price.
