Get ready for some dirty talk.I’ve been having constant urges to have bowel movements or the feeling of not being empty, even though I just went (without much success)3-5 times a day. For years, I’ve been experiencing constipation due to Fibromyalgia and now I have the feeling all day long with no relief.I talked to my doctor because I thought I was dying.. or at least something inside me was.. and he said, “you should try some fiber”. I thought he was way off with what was really wrong with me, but I decided to give it a shot to prove him wrong and move into the next course of treatment.I’ve been since taking only one pill a day vs the suggested serving size of 2x. I’m not trying to get more backed up than I already am. Since taking these pills, I have stopped feeling the constant urge to make a potty and am happy to say I am now back to my regular… once or twice a day… constipation. Who knew that doctors actually know something?My biggest issue with these pills is the size. I usually never have any problems swallowing large pills, but I constantly have problems getting these things down my gullet. They keep getting stuck in my throat and today I had one that refused to drop… the capsule eventually dissolved and next thing I know, fiber is expanding in the back of my throat and I’m spitting up bits. I rushed and grabbed a large glass of water and just kept trying to rinse it down but it took forever. I don’t know if it’s just me.. but I’ve been having a lot of issues recently with this pill and another similar sized apple cider vinegar pill I’ve been taking as well. Who knows.. maybe my age is really starting to get the best of me. It’s all downhill from here… but at least I am, “regular” again… thanks giant fiber pills!

I remember taking metamucil which is also psyllium husk and it was much more effective than these capsules. I think these capsules have a weak effect. For me benefiber/optifiber style fiber seems to work better.

I am on a GP1 and I use this to make sure I have the extra. Have not had any issues since.
