Pull-On Ankle Cushion (Light Grey) - U.S.A. Business

I use this ankle pad in conjunction with the company's knee pad, and after an initial adjustment period, they are definitely the most comfortable, easy-to-turn-over-with items I have found. They move with you, eliminating any readjustment of an unattached foam device. This ankle pad sometimes slips off your foot in bed, but otherwise this small pad provides a lot of comfort in cushioning the contact between your legs without disrupting sleep and movement.

I'm a side sleeper and use the PalliPartners Pull-On Ankle Cushion with the cushion on the *outside* of my ankle to help with peroneal tendon pain. For mild pain, this alone can provide relief and possibly even prevent pain from getting worse over time.For more severe peroneal tendon pain, I'd recommend using this in conjunction with the Healwell Cub Night Splint (be sure to get the correct size and side—left or right).Here's my set up, in case it's helpful (photo included):First, I wear a leg warmer over my foot and ankle, to provide padding between my skin and the night splint. The open toe of the leg warmer keeps this set up from being too hot. If the leg warmer has a seam, I wear it inside out and put the seam on the inside of my foot/ankle, running just behind the ankle bone.Second, I wear the Healwell Cub Night Splint over the leg warmer.Third, I wear the PalliPartners Pull-On Ankle Cushion over the ankle portion of the night splint, with the cushion on the *outside* of the ankle. It may be easier to pull on the ankle cushion first, pulling it up higher on the calf while putting on the leg warmer and night splint, then pulling it down over the ankle/night splint.This set up relieves stress on my peroneal tendon at night, so I can sleep with less pain and be more active in the day.Hope this helps!

I got the knee cushion and really liked it, so I thought I'd try the ankle version too. Both are super comfortable, even for sensitive people like me. The only thing that I'm not so crazy about with this cushion is that is slides off my ankle really easily. When I wake up in the morning, it's usually pushed up my leg a bit and no longer cushions my ankle bone. But I'm keeping it because its stretchy enough that I can use it for a knee cushion.

This little cushion has been a life saver. I had ankle surgery and I have a very painful spot that hurts with the pressure of laying on that side. My nights were very restless until I found this. Now i'm comfortable and sleeping all night! THANK YOU! They Grey looks much better in real life.

I am really surprised no one has thought of this type of innovative and helpful product before. It has really made a difference in pain relief while sleeping, that makes me wish I had them years ago when I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia. It's obvious these have been made with forethought to helping relieve pain, and they are very well constructed. They're really not expensive, and well worth the money. They are light weight, don't squeeze the legs, ankles, or knees too much, but do stay on. The slim pad that goes into the pocket does just fine for relieving pressure points. In fact, with the waffle type construction of the tube itself, some people may not need the pad. It's easily washable, and dries quickly. Kudos to the owner of this company, and inventor of these tube cushions. She's also very kind, and sent us an extra for no charge. I'm not saying she'll do that for everyone, and feel fortunate that she did. They were shipped very quickly too. I highly recommend this product, and will be buying more in the future.

I have been buying this for the third time. Very useful, comfortable thing. Easy to wash and dry. Knees don't hurt at night. Thanks to manufacturers and sellers.

I am a petite person so instead of the ankle am using it for my knee and it does the job well
