Alvey Training Wheels for 50cc & 70cc Dirt Bikes (Pair of 8" Pneumatic Wheels)

Cr50 was the bike.

When the package came the box was pretty beat up, one end of the box was completely off. I took it the rest of the way out of the box to find that there is 1 bolt and 2 nuts missing. The paint is chipped and peeled off on both ends where the tires go on. I'm going to say that this was someone's return and it was just shipped for convenience without double checking the product. However it will not fit the brackets are to far apart to connect to the foot pegs for my sons bike. Seeing as it is Christmas day so I couldn't go and get parts even if i wanted too. Also there were no instructions.

This product is pretty decent. I had to cut the mounting points off and re weld them on due to width issues being to wide for my sons 50cc dirt bike. A little loose also where the brackets mount to the foot pegs. Also, the brackets were short in accordance to the ground, I had to bend the training wheels down towards the ground to get less of a wobble side to side.

wont fit TTR 50 without extensive modification. even narrowed to fit, the bike would sit off the ground and act like a teeter totter.overall quality of the welds and craftsmanship are mediocre at best.

The product arrived sooner than estimated but the box was beat up and had some holes in it. There were no instructions or hardware that is required, such as mounting bolts and cotter pins that hold the wheels on the axles. I suspect they were in a small bag in the box and fell out through one of the holes in the box somewhere in transport. Now I have to wait another week for a replacement.
