Cafe Time Incense - Quiet Evening 10 Cones by NIPPON KODO Japanese Quality Incense Since 1575

So I finally opted to burn some of this incense. I was skeptical about how much I would like a coffee scented incense, much less cassis, and had originally planned to keep it as more of a curiosity (or just for the cute box). Well I not only like it, I have it burning about a foot from my face and I'm happily sniffing away as it burns. The mocha smells rather like unsmoked pipe tobacco. While this appeals to me, if you're looking for something that smells like coffee you might be disappointed. The cassis smells fruity, floral and lightly skunky. Since cassis is apparently a liqueur made from blackcurrants that I have not experienced myself I will have to assume this is close to the actual scent. It's rather nice regardless.My only beef with this incense is that there are only about 10 cones, five of each scent, and the cones aren't very strong smelling. Hence why I have it burning a foot from my face. I would love to have a bigger pack of it, or maybe some sticks for a longer, stronger burn. Otherwise a lovely pair of scents and a fun purchase.

I'm not sure if it smells like a coffee... uhm, but anyways it is a soft interesting aroma that runs about 10 minutes (only). The soft aroma could be nice when some ocasions ask for a soft thing in the air and not for a strong smell around.I wish it could have more incensos in the box for the price, but it is still a nice little thing you could experiment. I research the brand and they are look very tradicional, check their website. Enjoy.

2/3 the size of regular incense cones for a lot more. 5 of each scent, not 10 Cones of a combination scent. They don’t burn any slower than regular cones, so they last 2/3rds as long too. Disappointed in this and the two other I purchased at the same time
