Q: Is it paper thin ? It's says 100% nylon does it stretch is it like Lycra or spandex?

It's thin, but not paper thin. The material stretches, but doesn't have the feel like spandex or Lycra. Very comfortable.

Q: What type of fit, loose or fitted?

I think it’s more fitted. Not tight though. We bought it in white and it looked great on my 24 year old son.

Q: I am 6ft at 180 pounds. Chest size is a 40R. Would a medium be a good fit.

I am 5' 11" at 188 and I ordered a Lg. It fits good. not snug. Just a touch loose
