A friend asked me to purchase this for her since she knows I have Prime. Her cat box is in her laundry/Water heater utility room, which she used to have to keep the door ajar for her new kitten to come and go. It came quickly and all needed items were included in the box. I can't say how difficult it was to do the door cutout and install since she was having her handyman doing that with some other things. But she sent me this picture once installed and I couldn't resist posting a review. Pretty cute! Certainly better than leaving the door ajar with cat box odors coming into adjoining room. Cat and owner are quite happy with it!

Great cat door just beware my 25 lb Beagle can get thru it if she wants so if you are using it to keep dogs out just know that. It's great and easy to Install

This thing...it's amazing. I had no idea I'd love a cat-face-shaped door void so much. We recently moved the cat's litter box to the basement (also an excellent decision by the way) and were originally just leaving the basement door cracked. While that did provide access, it had two drawbacks. One, the dog was also able to get down there. And dog + litterbox = bad. Two, I kept closing the door from force of habit when I noticed it open. So I bought this cat door. I didn't have need for a flap since this is an interior door, and this was much cuter than a plain rectangle. I also wanted it at floor level because the basement steps are directly on the other side. This is a hollow-core door so installation was super easy. Taking the door down took as much time as doing the installation. Maybe 30 minutes total. I had loaned out my jigsaw, which would have been easiest, but I had no problem cutting with an oscillating multi-tool and a hand coping saw. The template was perfectly sized and due to the lip on the plastic you actually have a bit of a margin of error. It's been 3 months now and it looks brand new. It's a little bit pricey for 2 pieces of plastic and some screws, but I don't care. 10/10 would buy again.

This pet door is cute and functional. It's not super sturdy, but serves the purpose of allowing the cats entry into their “bathroom” without having to leave the closet door ajar. It says for cats up to 30 pounds, but I don't believe it. Our largest, nearly16 pound cat (not the one pictured), just barely fits through.

We have 2 Bengals and a rather chunky Highland Lynx who regard our bedroom as their private suite. I’m not a fan of keeping the door open at night when we sleep but with the door closed the cats were continually banging on it and trying to pull the door knobs open to get either in or out. This portal is a game changer. It’s easy for the cats to go in and out and they’re no longer banging on things, yeowling and tearing up the carpet in an effort to try to get to their preferred sleeping places. It’s sturdy, attractive and plenty big enough for our 18 pound meatball but small enough that our two dogs cannot get through it.

I just happened to find this when looking for a solution to having nowhere to put my external cat flap, which had to be installed in the cupboard under my stairs. This interior cat door enabled us to keep the cupboard door closed and still allow the cats to pass through. They use it a lot, simple installation - great idea!

We fitted this on internal door so we could close it if required but still let our cat have access. She took to it immediately and is a great success. It looks great in place and would definitely recommend the item.

Love this. Not only does it look cute, but it means I can hide the cat's litter tray out of sight. My Henry is a big cat (15lbs) and gets through the portal with no problem
