CRV 129E Test on Toyota Avensis 2003
Scanned a mates car, did a voltage test and all good as in photo 1, then scanned and found a hidden fault in photo 2, cleared it after. Went back in and screenshot it and emailed to my laptop and gave to mate .A very nice product and self explanatory

Works as advertised
Plugged it in and set it up, updated everything before using and it works perfect. Just remeber this comes from china so customs/ duty fees apply and must be paid before delivery (in canada).

Does it work?
I'm not a guy who likes to buy the cheap stuff. After a bunch of solid research I bought this. Works great! However I did have a problem where it said WiFi connected but would not download the files. When I tried to solve this I found out that the CP versions are a China product and not supported by USA Launch. There is virtually no support for this product unless you wan to deal with China whose tech department is 12 hours different time zone. Long story short I discovered that if the internal battery is low, you can't download any files. If I hadn't stumbled upon this solution I would have a dead almost $300 device. When I called Amazon they left me hanging

Launch OBD II Scanner
I flipped a coin and purchased this scanner because it seemed to offer what I was looking for. My current OBD II scanner could not pull back the curtain on some of the codes being thrown by the ECM on my newer vehicles. Thus far this scanner seems to be able to read the codes that my other scanner couldn't.Don't kid your self this scanner is complicated, not particularly intuitive, and the instructions are 'okay', but it wouldn't hurt if they were a tick more detailed and a tick more organized. Kind of 'if this is what you want to do, this is how you do it'; format. To be honest, I haven't used this scanner enough to be confident in what it's telling me. My old reader would drive straight to the code, this Launch does not, or at least it doesn't with me pushing the buttons. This is a reader that is going to require practice to use efficiently. Preferable before you actually need to use it.
