I've ordered like 5 different rolls of this stuff and the product is amazing! Just be careful. Had one roll have some damage on the corner. 1 out of 5 isn't bad though and highly satisfied with the product itself.

It's very light and sturdy.It holds together very well even under tension.I used hot glue on it and attached pieces together to make a pair of horns.Some of the segments are under tension because it had to be bent into the curved shape that I wanted. Some corners are pretty tight, but the foam didn't fray. Pleasant surprise.Also didn't need primer for painting it.Used gold acrylic paint on mine. Needed 2-3 coats to get the effect I wanted. Might've gone on better with primer, but eh. Not bad.Great quality foam.For the size of horns I made (segments + base) I used about a little less than half of the sheet. More than enough left over for another headgear project.

I don’t know what I expected when I ordered a sheet of foam but… it sure is a sheet of foam. Not much to say about it. I used it to make a hate for a cosplay, it worked out well.

Needed to use as a liner for a mechanics socket set that divides in half. It worked perfectly.
