KeylessOption Remote Key Fob High Security 4btn for Ford (OUCD6000022) One

Bought these for a 2015 Ford Focus. The car only had one key, and it was not a remote head key (was a genuine Ford key, too). Took a chance that the car had remote locks and ordered these keys. Key cutting was $10 each at a local hardware store. Programmed the 2 keys as additionals with an IM508 in less than 5 minutes. It was either 6 or 8 on/off cycles til the car went into remote programming mode. Clicked a button on eack key and that was it. Done. The Focus has three keys now, two with remotes. I've bought other transponder keys from KeylessOption and will continue to do so in the future.

Locksmith was only able to program one key. They are expensive to get cut and to program, but the supplier was quick to send another key.However, I had to pay a discounted price of $70 for the new key to be cut and programmed.

The keys look exactly like the original. However, the keys have to be mapped to the ignition with the original key and separately mapped for the keyless features. A good locksmith will have the tools and equipment to make the keys work. It costs a little money but overall much cheaper than ordering keys from the dealership.

Product may not be compatible with Ford Fiesta Vehicles. I needed to get the chip replaced in the key for it to be recognized by the car.
