A great support for back problems when only used at work or doing hard tasks , as I was always told when I used one similar yeaes ago , its just to help you not over stretch or twist or bend , so good for recovering back probs or helping with pain , I only advice you get a size bigger than you need as im a size 12 and the medium is a bit neat so takes abit to get the velcro to meet x its very well made and arrived very quickly . So worth the price and the support it gives .

I really was so delighted by the quality of this belt and how supportive and comfortable it actually is!It is designed so well that it is invisible under clothing and as a female I truly am appreciative of that , plus find the Blue so much less “ Athletic “ looking and also the fact that it improves my posture to the degree that clothes look better when I am wearing it than they do without it on……..another bonus for sure…….but, of course, the most important aspect is the pain relief and help with everyday movement and I will rate that 100%, I am so glad that I ordered it and know that you would be too.

I can wear it all day comfortably. This is highly adjustable for comfort and support. It allows me to perform my job much better and longer. The best support I have had ever. These breathe fairly well for me. You really do feel the support in the spinal area. I wear this under my shirt with no problems at all.
