Works great for me.
I was concerned it wouldn't work with my ipad since the current nib stopped working. When I attached it at first I was getting no response, but it turned out that I just needed to tighten the nib a bit more. Now it's working flawlessly. No conceivable difference between these nibs and the original visually or in use.

Works as intended
It’s a simple accessory that fits in the Apple Pencil easily and works as intended. I don’t see a reason to buy directly from Apple at a much higher price point.
