This works exactly as expected and is a nice design. However the size is very small. It's really most appropriate for a toddler who's under 36" tall.

This cape came with a tear at the neck area and the same clasps on each side of the closure, so it's unable to be closed. I had to sew the tear and get a new clasp so that it's functional, because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Very, very cheap.

Don't waste your money
Clips broke the first time I washed it and it doesnt even completely close in the back.
