Not entirely as advertised
Previously 3 stars for the reasons below, but received an excellent response from customer service to address the issues, so upgrading to 4 stars based on that!Works well, switches fast, but:A. The pictures in the product listing don't show that there are channel/resolution indicators for each input that you can't get rid of (see customer image)B. The one I received seemed like it was used before, smudged thumbprints on the battery and remote.

Works but not ideal and a little confusing
Device works as it should, however I wish the interface was more user friendly as it is a little difficult to use without a graphical feedback/interface. Also, I have a black bar separating the inputs down the middle of the screen, now maybe I’m just doing something wrong due to the lack of understanding/knowing what mode I am in but the loss of viewing space the black bar creates is disappointing. I tried changing settings on my tv too and that didn’t help. Additionally, sometimes the device does; for whatever reason crap out and just needs the power cord to be removed from it and plugged back in. Knowing what I know, I’m on the fence if I would recommend it to a friend but after all, it does essentially work.
