This was a really great price, especially for the amount of twine you get. I used it to spruce up wine bottles for diy vases and they looked pretty cool. Also used to hang up some photos with clothespins which worked really well.

I order this regularly for my small business. It’s a great size, and it lasts a long time. I have tried out a few other options on Amazon, and have found that this one is the best. The others were just too thick, frayed too much, and to be frank smelled funny? 🤷‍♀️ This one has no odor, is a great thickness, doesn’t fray, and I think it’s great value for the price.

This jute twine is thinner than the last roll I had (different brand), and it is not as strong. Initially I tried to break it by pulling and it stood up to the test, but after lots of actual use I've found that it breaks more often than it should, particularly if it rubs on the edge of a cardboard bundle. It seems the further down in the roll I get, the more it breaks.The gigantic roll was a real bargain at the time I bought it. It's the soft kind of jute - not scratchy - and while it appears to shed fibers a tiny bit, it's not enough to be a problem. Works well for tying up bundles of Amazon cardboard to recycle from those oversize packages they like to send, but be aware if you pull it tight and it's rubbing on an edge there's a chance it will break. I've revised this down from 5 stars to 4.
