This is not comfortable at all. It is hard, even with the gel, I can feel it on the heels.Pros:- does not slide- fit dress shoes, sneakers, boots- increased height a bitCons:- not comfortable at all- not very stable, it takes some getting used to when walking- it tends to push you forward

Works fairly well with helping me walk. I really need taller than 1" but if I did it definitely wouldn't stay in my canvas sneakers I wear, in every color. The shoe would slide off my heal. Sticky wore off understandably. I put double sided tape & it holds for the day. But after using everyday for a long period of time, it's starting to come apart, the little puffy beads are everywhere but I got my monies worth! Will order again.

I have a leg-length differential that requires me to wear an insert in one shoe. These are sturdy enough to add the height I need, but still cushy and comfortable. Also they don't appear to be side-specific so they can be interchangeable for which shoe you wear them in.My original delivery was sub-standard, but the replacement was in great condition, and the contact wrote me back via email immediately to express he wanted to fix the issue. Great purchase!

Needs better adhesive for holding product in place

I bought to increase height but inserts don’t fit any issues Since typically most lady shoes are not deep. Love the product and cannot use, so disappointing.
