I bought these to apply a talc based powder to my neck, chest and anywhere else that can get a bit 'moist' to battle heat rash and chaffing. The puffs keep the powder from widely dispursing as it does when directly shaken from the bottle and is soft and comfortable to use on bare skin. I've bought a dish to pour in powder, leave the puff resting on top, and keep dry with a lid. They can be washed and comes with a perfectly sized hinged plastic box that keeps the two spares clean and safely stored. Good deal. Would also recommend for applying cornstarch powders to baby bottoms!
