I would guess A3L or A4, but you may have to get the jacket altered. The GI does come a size bigger, so either size should work. You will lose water weight your first two weeks. I hope this helps and have fun.

This Gi fits great. I’m glad I went up a size. Size A2 fits way better. This uniform is very light weight and soft. Great Gi for the price. Would definitely recommend this to others. Love the color too. Thanks so much ZAFCO.
