Expected this to be adapted from US, but encountered some weird translations, so maybe a different origin? Some recipes useful.

It seems to me that this is a disappointing effort at converting different recipes to UK ingredients and measurements, but the author should have got someone to proof read it before publishing it.Measurements such as 14ml of butter!! (what happened to grams? Or 1 gram of black pepper! What happened to teaspoons??Kimchi and Srirach aren’t cupboard items for most (I had to google them as I’ve never heard of them). Zucchini!! (Maybe in the USA, but they are Courgettes in the UK). Just a few examples.The most confusing thing is the section that gives 2 weeks of meal plans but does not actually relate to any of the recipes in the book!! What is that all about??I expected that as this book is supposed to be for the 2 drawer Ninja air fryer, recipes would have aimed at utilising both drawers simultaneously to produce a meal, however, in some instances you are told to divide the recipe between both baskets and hit the match button, in others you are directed to put your prepared item in the basket (singular) but you are still told to hit the match button. (Why? The other basket is empty)!!. Most of the recipes are uninspiring.If there is any positive at all it is possibly that I can learn from the timings and temperatures given in the book when I am cooking similar items however, I won’t know until I have tried to cook some of these recipes and given the other mistakes in this book, I think caution will be required.Certainly isn’t worth £10.99 in my opinion.

Didnt like this book at all didnt recognise any names of recipes, and weird combinations, probably suitable for a chef????????

There was a mistake in the timing for my scones! 40mins instead of 4 I think!! Once I smelled themBurning after 20mins I saved them but rather disappointing. Not that impressed really
