Excellent product! I needed a mini PC for some ham radio apps, and didn’t want to invest in a whole another PC or notebook.It’s perfect for Microsoft Office and my ham radio logging software.It’s pretty much ready to go right out of the box, all I had to do was enter my county and login information, and it booted right into Windows 11.Boot up time is about 8 seconds from power on until desktop.I would absolutely buy again.

Easy to set up, just like a desktop PC. I use this mini PC with the Chrome browser to stream videos for training at work. Chrome can hog a ton of system resources, but this PC handles these tasks with no problems.

We used these PC sticks in order to run website driven programs on our lobby TVs. The size is perfect. We run them constantly so occasionally I have to reboot the device.

Its' windows 10 pro is a very old build (19xx). Takes an afternoon to upgrade it to the latest patch.Don't use windows update to run it because it stocks somewhere in between. I visit microsoft website,fellow the instruction then update to 21h3.I believe update takes a while because the CPU is not a powerful CPU. I know atom cpu very well so I would not complain it. If you expect the performance is like a core-i cpu, you should consider some other model

The microUSB power port was poorly soldered to the motherboard on two out of the three units that I have. I was able to resolder one of them and the other was complete loss. Be careful and extremely gentle when plugging in power
