Great product
Great overall, however on the finger resistance it is very small it’s very difficult to get my finger in there and I’m only 15 can’t imagine how much harder for bigger fingers. Also on the vice grip green shaving accumulated after use.

Sub-par durability
I've been using this for roughly 2 weeks, and it has already snapped. Maybe that means its working?

Work Great!
I received these about a week ago and have been using the adjustable hand grip mostly (this was the main item I was purchasing so the others are just bonus). I have been trying to use it for at least 30 minutes/per while I'm sitting on the couch or at the office. Works as a stress reliever as well. So far so good

This kit is perfect!
I received these as a gift and I love them! All of the pieces seem well made and I love how the large grip piece is adjustable. Very impressed by the variety of hand exercises I can do with this kit. Definitely recommend!
