The media could not be loaded. We really enjoy how it moves and makes sounds! I didn’t realize that the players move around the ice when I bought it. However, now it’s my favorite thing about it! It can be a bit chaotic if you’re not careful about which players go on the outside edge of the rink, because some of them have the capability to knock the bystander figurines over with their hockey sticks. We enjoy the chaos, but not everyone might, so keep that in mind.

This was supposed to be a new item, but it had been opened and someone had tried to use it. It did not operate - the figures did not move. I found instructions for a new power strip inside the box. I hope they don't just send it out to the next buyer.

The pieces on the sidelines get knocked down by moving hockey players sticks. Also, some of the pieces are difficult to keep in place. Hockey players also move the goal net around. It's a cute piece but keeping it "setup" is a pain.

Not able to place the hockey net and goalie as magnet system is off. Other players just push these off the rink!

Got this for my son & his family for xmas... My grandbaby, along with my son and his wife, LOVED it! It came with every piece, worked when we plugged it in and was even better than I expected! Definitely would buy from them again!

I am very disappointed. I purchased this on Amazon in August for my boyfriend for his birthday on October 6th. We finally opened it this weekend for the birthday celebration and there are broken pieces and the pieces don’t move appropriately across the ice. I am outside the window to ship back. I never expected such poor quality from Lemax.

Did not work when plugged in.Took it apart and fixed it myself!

Item looks really great in the photos....but didn’t work at all. The power switch was missing, so it wouldn’t even turn on. One of the skaters was broken. For the amount of money this cost, it’s complete junk. Save your money!
