Kept my puppy calm
I used this running up to bonfire night & during the bonfire period,Along with a jumper it kept my puppy calm he had a bark at first then after having a treat went to sleep in his bed

Not safe
After having it plug in for a couple days began to smell burning in the room so unplugged it due to the smell and burned my hand on it, didn't notice any difference to my dogs anxiety issues and too scared to use it again.

It might have done the trick?
First a disclaimer: out dog ended up being pretty chill being at home and being in enclosed spaces (he hates the outside to the point he needs to anxiety meds to go for walks). So we are not sure how much the spray help and much it’s his personality. He adapted great to our home (we got this when he first moved in) and it was easy to use the adaptil in the outlet; and the spray worked great for his carrier. As for scent, I could not tell you but the dog seemed fine with it? I personally couldn’t smell anything.
