You never know these days what you are buying online. I read the positive reviews, but the shower head is not a common, high quality brand name so I was worried. Installation was exceptionally easy. The power that this thing has is impressive. It is attractive and has many settings to play with. I am a little concerned about the material it is made of. It feels cheap and easily breakable. However, I may be wrong. Plastics durability has improved greatly in recent years so I am not going to count this as a possible negative. I do suggest to any potential buyer that you should plan out where you want the separate shower wand holder carefully. Once it is in place, you will not be moving it. The glue bond is extremely strong. This is a good thing, except when your wife tells you that she wanted it in a different location. 🤷‍♂️I will be buying another unit for my shower.

When I was reading some of the installation comments I kept saying to myself, ya right!!! Well. lemme tell ya, this household item was the easiest installation ever!!!! No tools and truly the connections are finger tight AND no leaks. True, the item is kinda pricey, but this is the 4th shower head since 2017. We've spent more on the other 3 than this new one so I'd be money ahead if I would have purchased this new one initially. Haven't had the new one very long, but I'm encouraged by the comments from other customers. Buy this item, you won't be disappointed!!!!

This AquaCare is a vast improvement over a similar model I bought 2 years ago, which leaked terribly, and I am very happy with it and definitely recommend it. Easy to install and operate, everything works smoothly, good choice of flows, and has excellent pressure, especially with the restricter out. Both showerheads have similar settings and both work well. Showering is wonderful, and my rating would be 5 stars but I have deducted 1 star for the only negative, the way the smaller head attaches to the main head. The attachment must be turned sideways to attach or remove it, and It is difficult to get it to hold tightly in place in a desired position where it doesn't partially block the flow from the main showerhead. Previous model had a better arrangement.

So far works great.. To speeds on the power side, which is great for cleaning the tub. Exactly as described. Easy to remove handle part also.

Only downside is reduced flow from the replaced head, but that can be a plus for conserving water. Installation was simple and intuitive. Plenty of use options and the jet setting on the satellite head helps for cleaning.

I regret that I will have to return the shower head because it is defective. I was excited when I opened the package because it had a nice weight to it & is pretty. One end of the hose went straight on but the other end absolutely wouldn't go on regardless of what I did. When I looked at it closer, I could see some marks on the end with the threads of the shower head itself & because it was plastic, it stopped the hose from being screwed as far up as it is suppose to go. I tried swapping ends just in case but nothing worked. What it is doing is not allowing you to screw to the top of the threads so the water leaks out of the hose a fair amount. I am going to try again just in case it was a quirky one because it is a nice shower head. Please note that it is a large shower head & you cannot use a shower shelf behind it, you will need a corner shower shelf if you need shelves.Update: I did return this shower head. Amazon sent a new one immediately & it worked as advertised. The shower head went straight together, no tools. They sent an extra washer & some tape just in case you need it (they did on the first one too). The water pressure is great out of both shower heads & there is plenty of water pressure from the pet & rinsing the shower down when needed. I am glad I replaced it & have changed my rating to 5 stars.

I'm 84 years old and have never lived in a house with a good showerhead. My last one, the one that came with the house, had very little flow and I was told that the flow regulator hadn't been removed from the line behind the tile - that the tile would have to be ripped out to remove it. So, I let it be. The Dixie Electric plumber said that wasn't the case. He removed the old showerhead, removed the flow restrictor from this new one, and, voila! I have ample water. This showerhead exceeds all my expectations. It is fantastic.

I was intriged by the design. Purchased and received product fast. I inspected the shower body. It was well built and heavy. Being some kind of injected plastic, I understood the bulk. The ball joint connection looked like it might be a problem. Many parts, water running through it. we'll see. Installation was straight forward.Only one extra small rubber "0" ring left over. Getting the threads of the "Lock Nut" and the "Body" aligned was tricky. Chance of stripping the plastic was a real concern. Finished and turned on. LEAKED!! at the the Ball to body connection. Tightening it more was not an option. The over engineered Ball joint was the problem. OK -- I removed the whole unit, put my old one back on. NOT at drop of leakage!! So -- Salvaged the Back Wall Bracket: Shower hose and extra Shower head. (I'll use these parts in my camper shower, if needed)Alternative shower head that I replaced and reinstalled from Amazon. Kiaying dual shower head. I bought two of these 2 years ago. No drips!! Clean with old toothbrush and Vinegar. Aqua Care Dual Head shower is intriguing but over engineered! Many parts and water = Leaks!!

Would not buy again...seemed pretty straight forward to install (new home, 5 years old), you need to put a washer between the stand pipe ball and the actual unit...doesn't tell you that anywhere...and when you put the washer in that comes with it, it pivots around and leaks terribly - had to go the the hardware store and get a washer with a slightly smaller diameter and about 3x as thick...finally got the leak stopped...took off a damaged waterpik unit...don't imagine this will last long...so I imagine I'll be replacing it sooner than later...there's better options...my advice, stick with Moen, Delta, Waterpik...don't waste your money .

Tried to install on my shower head. Could get it to screw in properly where the showerhead was upright. The back piece kept on coming loose. Was very frustrating. Ended up throwing it out.
