I was extremely disappointed in this
On the day of my daughter's Birthday party we took the balloons to get filled. The #2 was not in the package, I was extremely disappointed in this. That was the most important piece of the balloon package.

These were perfect for my daughter's birthday. I do suggest blowing up the 6 flower balloons the day of since they loose helium quickly.
