It works!
At a GP blood test, I was advised that my body was not producing any B12 for itself so a supplement was recommended. I knew the Holland & Barratt brand to be good, and this was the right dosage, and the right price, so I gave it a go. 3 months later, another test revealed that my B12 levels were absolutely normal - a perfect result! I can thoroughly recommend this product and will be buying it on repeat.

Difficult to get that are slow release. They are the brand I have used for a good number of years.
