This ultrabook laptop is definitely worth the money for a machine that is so powerful and lightweight. It has a super sturdy keyboard with a smooth touchpad. It opens and closes so smooth that it's indescribable and don't forget when opening it, the screen is at 100% sRGB (fancy scientific term for colors on the screen are extremely vivid and not washed out). When turning it on from sleep or hibernate mode, it comes back on in a split second. The speakers are loud enough that external speakers are not needed and decent in terms of quality - let's think for a second, Samsung is not going to put $500 top notch speakers into an affordable laptop - since there are laptops about the same price and the speakers are half as good. Plus, it has a headphone jack for a computer this slim! There's also 1 USB-A port so that not all ports are just USB-C (hint: Macbooks making you have to go buy several USB adapters).Now one of the cons of this laptop is it gets really hot at the bottom, so be careful if you like to put laptops on your lap. Another is the battery life is about only 5 hours when streaming video non-stop. Also, there are a lot of bloatware but they are non-intrusive so you don't need to actually get rid of them - do not get rid of the samsung updates and samsung settings apps though, they are the most useful. But the worst thing about this laptop is Windows 11! There's a compatibility problem with Firefox browser for whatever unknown reason and the bluetooth will disconnect at times. Had a previous a Acer laptop that was upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 and the damn thing shut off the bluetooth and all USB ports, kept thinking it was a hardware failure until downgraded it back to Windows 10 and everything was back to normal.But even with the cons, would still give this 5 stars. This rivals Macbooks that are just too damn expensive because this beauty's quality is just as good.

Pros: Fantastic laptop. Lightweight, portable, and fast. The screen is beautiful, but you do get a little bit of glare in the bright sun. Love the keyboard layout and the F keys. The keyboard has a nice click too.Cons: Because the vents are on the bottom, the laptop gets really hot if I have it on a soft surface (like my lap, my bed, etc). To mitigate this problem, I prop it up with a book when I'm not working at a desk and it's not really a big deal.

I bought this laptop to do work professionally. I absolutely love it. It's light weight. It has a great battery life. It's sturdy and great for travelling. And I love the Samsung interface that works with all of my other Samsung products. You can even install BlueStacks on it and run Google Play apps just as you would on your Galaxy phone.

The computer is great but it was supposed to be mystic blue and it came as silver.

UPDATE:It was a matter of key knowledge! Key F10. (I spent 1.5 hours texting technical support one evening, and the final result was the person suggesting I back up then wipe the thing clean. Extreme. Next morning I was texting with someone else who provided the manual link p.21 and pointed out the key that turns on and off the mic and camera. Voila! 15 minute fix.) I'm very happy with this laptop and upped the stars to five.PREVIOUS:Everything that everyone says is great about this is true. EXCEPT now my camera and mic are nowhere to be found, no camera or mic on zoom or other apps. Updating apps and drivers, restarting, troubleshooting does not help, the message I keep getting is the the camera can not be found. Next I'll wipe the thing clean and hope that helps, seems extreme, that's what support told me to do. Wish me luck.

This computer was fine until right about the year mark (conveniently when the warranty expires). The screen has started to malfunction almost daily with no apparent cause, with lines running across the screen, screen flashing, and mouse becoming unusable until the machine is restarted. Samsung Customer support was no help and there are no in person support centers available within 1000 miles of me. Would never purchase Samsung again.

There is nothing else like this on the market and I highly recommend it for how thin and light it is plus the amazing quality of the OLED screen.

This laptop is lovely to hold and look at however, the gets really really hot very fast and the battery does not seem to last long at all. My previous Samsung NP350U2B was amazing this one not so much.

I was looking for a light weight laptop with a good battery life and this was exactly what I wanted. I use it mainly for emailing, surfing the internet, Word/Excel and online meetings. This can do all of that easily and much more.It looks fantastic and feels very expensive. My last laptop was a Mac book Air and this is very similar in look and feel (it looks and feels a lot more expensive then it is).In terms of performance it seems to handel everything I need from it. I don't do any gaming or editing but I do watch a lot of Netflix/Disney/Youtube and so far no problems.Overall this is a fantastic little laptop that should keep me happy for a few years.

I bought this laptop on a Black Friday and I am 100% satisfied with it.It's a fast 11th gen i5 and even in the fanless configuration feels very fast for normal application use (office/browsing) and 100% quiet.Build quality is also good enough, and the display and battery life are excellent.
