I all started one night when I got up and noticed how bright my apartment was. There were lights from the appliances and clocks, the wifi access point, an ethernet switch, my printer, the gaming console, etc. All the flashing lights of a modern tech nerds abode. At first I used tape, but sometimes you need to see those lights. I tried mant hings, but all failed either because they completely obscured the indicators or looked as clunky as my crafting abilities are. I heard about these sort of things somewhere, and I rushed to Amazon to find these. I love them. If you're reasonably careful about installing them, they often look like I bought the device that way. We had a party and pasted over every light in the apartment. Peace and contentment reins. I couldn't give these things a 5 star sweep though because of two minor issues. First, the sheet you get is pretty sparse with the blockers. They look like they were created by cutting away excess material and there is a lot of blank space between them. That implies a lot of wasted space, maybe use smaller sheets or give us more stickers. The second issue is that they are quite difficult to get off the backing paper, especially if you are not the most dexterous. I found a decent pair of tweezers really helps. In the end, though, these are reasonably priced, even taking into account the number I couldn;t use due to my own ham handedness. Buy them. Use them. Sleep peacefully...

I have a lot of bright lights in my room, so I needed something to make the lights dim enough to let me sleep, but still visible enough to read in case I need to. I eventually stumbled on to this product, and decided to give it a try. These lightdims work quite brilliantly on my main modem, and I'm going to use them on some of the other devices in my room. There are plenty of dimmers in the provided sheets, and the packaging is very easy to follow. Installing these dimmers is also pretty simple. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to deal with the scourge of lights on every modern electronic device nowadays.

Just as advertised these cut out the light transmission of LEDs! Made some of my electronics much easier to live with! This stuff is way overpriced, though. You can tell it's not expensive as they obviously stamp out the shapes that they provide you, but then peel off the unshaped material and throw it out. You probably end up with 60% of the sheet of plastic the shapes are mode of. I'd have preferred to get the whole sheet with the cutouts and surrounding material so that I could make custom shapes. I did end up buying a second set as one of my devices was too bright even after applying one layer of this stuff and I used up all the pieces that were big enough for the thing. The second layer really cut down the light again and now I'm happy with the thing in my bedroom at night.

Did exactly what they said it would do. I just replaced a hardwired smoke detector on the ceiling and it cast a crazy green glow across the wall in our bedroom. I used one of the smaller dots and now it is dim. You can still see the tiny green dot if you need to. Also used one on the mesh router in our bedroom which was an obnoxious blue LED. Perfect now. These are great and worth the money.

Our new stove came with an LED that will illuminate the entire room. We were able to place this directly over the numbers and cut it down in half.

A corner was cut off from the exterior package and all the stickers. They work okay, but are hard to peel without wrinkling them. Not sure if I would buy again, maybe another brand.

These are amazing! What a super idea! I just finished going through this whole house covering every piercing LED light on modems, clocks, cameras etc. Believe me when I say these actually work. My pictures do not do it justice, but trust me it goes from piercing in your eyes to just a dull light so that you can see that the device is still working. The first picture is before, the second after installation. And if you want it totally blacked out there are other levels that you can purchase of the same item. Or just put another one on, stacking them. I suggest removing from the sheet and placing with a pair of tweezers. Makes installation a lot easier. I don’t know who invented these, but that person is a genius.

Dank beleuchtetem Router, leuchtenden Steckdosenleistenschalter, sonstiger Betriebsleuchten am Fernseher, Video etc. war das Wohnzimmer nachts eher beleuchtet wie eine Landebahn - gleiches in der Küche (Herd, Mikrowelle etc.). Mit den 80% abdimmenden Aufklebern ist nun überall nachts auch wieder dunkel in den Räumen und man kann dennoch sämtliche Leuchten erkennen (auch tagsüber wenn nicht direkt die Sonne drauf scheint) - für mich genau perfekt ! Unzählige Größen und man kann die Aufkleber auch gut zurecht schneiden. Das einzige was wirklich fummelig ist, ist das lösen der Aufkleber von der Folie (hier gibts 3 Varianten auf Youtube - ich persönlich empfehle eine Pinzette, da man damit nichts knickt und auch die Klebestelle nicht berührt)

Gran producto. Tarda un poco en llegar pero vale la pena. Realmente baja la intensidad de la Luz de focos en aparatos eléctricos que al apagar las luces continúan prendidos y son molestos; con eso, puedes dormir mucho mejor. Altamente recomendables.

Perfect for dimming those obnoxious bright LED lights which are damaging peoples eyes. No need for them to be so bright. This product dims them down perfectly. You may have some issues with getting them to stay on in certain situations, like the LED is raised. Otherwise works great!
