I have used multiple chargers, and this by far is my favorite JUUL charger. Fits perfectly in my hip pocket or can slide easily into my wife's purse. The build is sturdy - nothing cheap about this - feels and looks premium. If there is anything I would change, that would be replacing the micro USB with a USB-C

I’ve had mine for over a year. I work construction and it has held up really well. The battery will easily outlast a days worth of heavy use. Still charges just fine for me with a little bit of battery loss likely but that is to be expected.

I’ve had this for about 2 months and it can’t hold its charge anymore, meaning it can’t charge my juul. It would die fast on me anyway, but now whenever I charge the battery and see it’s green, I’ll remove the charger and try to use it and it immediately flashes red and won’t charge my juul. Sucks because it’s a great concept and I love how small and discreet it is! Just poor quality and for the price I would expect it to last me longer than my big portable charger I use to use that costed me $15.

Mostly a very solid and sturdy design, the one flaw being that it still uses a micro-USB port to charge, and it is not protected - pocket/purse users beware loose change or keys.The anodized finish is nice, and matches the JUUL, yet is just as difficult to maintain a grip on in some circumstances. Consider some sort of rubber/silicone sleeve or wrap if one moves around with it (and would help protect the charge port from incidental short out).The battery is not as optimal as it could be . Even though a JUUL itself will last quite a while with moderate usage, 3 charges worth is not a lot for something this size and weight.The LED on the BRICK is just as bright as the JUUL's, which is both a blessing and a curse as are are both easily seen thru light and medium fabric. Some redesign to reduce both LED's intensity should be looked into.The JUUL space is magnetic, and much easier to use. With a JUUL+pod it is seamless for use. For just a JUUL (no pod attached), you need to whack it as you would a soft pack to get the JUUL back out.The pod storage compartment, while a nice feature, is extremely difficult to get a pod back out of (as I found out). You certainly will not loose the pod you put into this space... but you may need pliers to get it out again (which is what I ended up needing to do). Both the JUUL and pod spaces would benefit from having an eject mechanism to make them more user friendly.

Update: I purchased a new one and its been working fine for several months.It worked well for a month. I only used when going out for the day or for a trip. Got a solid three charges out of it. After a month or so, I had to keep reinserting the Juul for it to catch a charge and the “contact” only lasts for a few minutes. I did clean out the charger several times but it didn’t seem to help.

I’m obsessed with this thing. Listen to me. If you have a juul smoker in your life, this is the best gift you could ever get them. If you are a juul smoker, buy this right now.I am in a toxic relationship with my juul, I simply cannot bear it when it dies and I have no way to charge it. When my juul dies, I die ok??This charger is PERFECT because it’s lightweight, discreet, and small. (frankly I’m not trying to embarrass myself by taking a huge portable battery out out in public or whatever, it’s already embarrassing enough that I smoke a juul lmao)PLUS it’s ✨more than just a portable charger✨- I don’t even use my regular juul charger at all anymore, not even at home. No reason to waste an outlet on that shaky little charger when you can just slap your juul inside this baby and not even have to get up lol.

Truly happy with my BRIK charger! It's thin and has a smooth metal finish with a handy pod storage. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb because of the chic design! It provides 3 Juul charges as described so I don't have to worry about asking for a charge wherever I am during the day. Super stoked with my purchase and definitely recommend to fellow Juul users since they offer a lifetime warranty as well! Just need to register via the instructions on the insert card - so it's comforting to know that I can secure a back-up!

Functional, but disappointing. It’s basically 2 uses and done. If I put a partially charged device on that counts for one use, keep in mind the device was still green when I put it in to freshen up the battery. When I put it back in later, the charger indicator was yellow, again the device was green when put in. After that the charger indicator was red, meaning it was dead. So it charged a device that was nowhere near dead twice, then had to be plugged back in to recharge. I tried this more than once. When it’s charging it does do a great job, but only good for 2 uses before having to recharge or reset the internal counter.
