Q: Which flavors have caffeine and which do not?

Normally it says on the pack or in the description of the flavor. Right now I think with the new versions only the Green apple has caffeine in the regular ones.

Q: What is the expiration date for these? I thought these were discontinued a few years ago.

The latest box I bought has them dated 9/2023 (posted in 10/2022)

Q: With or without caffeine and why?

I was told by nutritionists to have caffeine in the 2nd half of your events for an added boost as you get tired. I buy both with and without and use the caffeine ones in the second half of my long workouts or races. I think it also comes down to your own preference.
