Bought to make Kendal mint cake. Recipe called for 1/2tsp of peppermint. Product says extra strong so didn’t use stated amount, went for 1/4 tsp. Wasn’t strong enough, will use again but as recipe stated.

I love eggnog, which I can't get where I live. This has brought back the smell and taste of the beverage I miss. I have put it in my coffee, which has made my coffee a treat each time, and I plan to make a cake with eggnog flavoured frosting, yum.Don't like the little bottle, though: I find it very difficult to squeeze.

Nice, but had to use the whole bottle for the smell and taste to be right for 12 small pots probably 3/4oz!!!

I use this in my shortbread. It is not great on its own, but when used with orange zest its lifts the shortbread to a new level beyond the ability of the zest alone.

I used this in vanilla ice so it was white/cream in colour and people trying it couldn’t get the flavour it was only when i asked f it was blue they said bubblegum ???
