This is not a sturdy, crush proof or hard case. It is flimsy cardboard with fabric over it. It can easily be crushed or smushed and break your TENS unit. I do not recommend. My previous case was hard plastic and indestructible. This one will not stand up under ANY type of accidental dropping or crushing.Avoid this case..

Between us, my husband and I own three different TENS machines. NONE of those three came with a case or pouch or anything other than their original packaging to keep them in! We don't own an iReliev TENS unit, but I figured we could use this case to hold at least one, maybe two, of those we do have, as well as their charging cords, replacement pads, and any other accessories that might be needed. This case is plenty big enough for all that and more! It opens like a clamshell, with stiff molded foam padding on the bottom half and a mesh pocket on the top. The quality of this case is good. It's very lightweight, has a zippered closure, and is strong enough to protect pretty much anything it holds. As other reviewers have mentioned, though, it is much larger than it needs to be. That's not the end of the world, but it does mean that it won't fit into the drawer beside our bed, which is where we usually use our TENS machines. Instead, I can keep it all UNDER the bed, all wrapped up and nicely organized in this protective case!All in all, I'm not sure this case is essential, but the quality is good and I'm glad I have it. But holy moly, I just saw the current price: $30!! What?? That's as much as we paid for our TENS units themselves! I think this case is waaay overpriced. Between that and its awkwardly large size, I can't recommend it wholeheartedly. But the quality is good and the case is versatile, so I will still give it four stars.I hope that sharing my experience with this product might help YOU make a more informed purchase. Terrific little case to keep tens unit and accessories in. Plenty of room for extra pads extra wires. Even pamphlets with instructions. Or with detailed info on where to place pads for any ailment, stiffness, pain, ect.When you open it it has several cutout sections in the foamlike bottom. Great for the tens unit itself, at least for most of them. The largest ones won't fit in the cutout sections. But most units will, some more easily then others,but even the medium sized can be wiggled in. May be tight fit but better tight on those then real loose on the smaller units. This way any unit can be safely held in place. Without much danger of them getting tossed around and damaged.It also has a couple other cutouts for things like cords connectors ECT. When you open it on the top section is a netted section that zips closed. Great place to keep extra pads for your tens unit. Also any instructions or papers you want to keep with the machine. Also if you have more then one controller, to keep in the cutouts you can also put the extra wires in the zippered section.This little briefcase is large enough to accommodate almost any tens unit as well s any needed accessories you need. Plus keeps every thing safe and undamaged. Without being so large it becomes cumbersome. It's almost exactly the perfect size. Yes I would recommend

This is a nice, large, durable case for storing a tens unit or really any sort of device you might want to store inside. Seems good quality. Zipper zips well. Feels like it would protect whatever you put inside.

I have some random brand TENS unit and it fits perfectly in this carry case. I love this case a lot. It has all of the storage you need and holds the unit securely in place.

A little bulky but fits my tens unit and all other accessory well. It is secure and sturdy.

My daughter and I use tens units at the directions of our physical therapists. I have found that NONE of the ones we've tried include a case, which seems like a serious oversight. We've been using different cases, and I couldn't understand why there weren't cases specifically for tens units. Turns out there is.Although my unit isn't an iReliev, this case works just fine for it. There is more than enough room for the control unit itself, the pads and cords, as well as the instruction book. In fact, it is really twice the size it needs to be, which is good for protection but not as good if trying to save space while traveling. My two daughters and I could store all three of our units inside without removing the protective foam.This comes in a simple plastic bag but there was no chemical smell when I opened it. The case is strong, but has give to it so will protect the unit but also not be so rigid that it breaks other things. fabric on the case is smooth and soft. The handle is a nice size and comfortable to hold. The zipper works smoothly and without catching or stopping.

This is a nice / well made case made specifically for TENS units and accessories.The bottom has a foam insert with 4 designated spaces for the unit and ?The top holds all and more than would come with one TENS unit.(bottom is hot glued in and not removable without leaving unsightly permanent strips of hot glue)The TENS I have fits a little snug in the 2" by 5" foam hole for itbut is held well and doable to fetch.This is a firm / soft case with one way zipper and very comfortable handle.I'm not sure why it's so big = 10" L - 7" W - 3 1/2" Twhich is so much larger than needed for a TENS.I could put all of at least two TENS in the case.
