This would be a great gate except for the way it fastens to the wall. Adhesive pulls the paint and sheetrock off when it comes loose and you can't get it off the sticker to move it. Messaged CS and they never responded back or replaced the hooks so it's of no use to me like it is. If they would've just sent me new hooks and adhesives I would have given it a better rating. Keep the customer happy if you want your products to have good reviews. Sad 😔
