I use this at my pop up shows to display my products. It is very engaging and people seem to really like it.

Some good, some not so good....
Bought frame for mom so us kids could add pictures for her. What's good:-Frameo app works well for adding pictures wirelessly. I was able to add my brother and sister to the app easily. Pictures are easy to add to frame. What's good enough or not so good.:-Picture quality is a little dull and dim. Even with brightness maxed out it's not that great and the sharpness is lacking. It's not awful, but it's fairly mediocre.-I like how you can add captions, but I don't like how every picture shows the date the photo was added at the bottom when the captions are turned on. That date is kind of irrelevant and confusing as it has nothing to do with the picture. It'd be better if it just showed the captions that you wanted and for pics without a caption showed nothing.-There isn't a way to just connect the frame to your PC and drag and drop photos. That'd be so much easier when loading a bunch of pictures. I tried connecting to my PC and dragging photos in the correct folder on the frames hard drive. Unfortunately, despite the files now being in the frames HD it does not show them as available pictures. Right now my method that works the best is going into Google Photos (where I have most everything backed up) and making an album from there that I then download to the Frameo app on my phone. It works okay but is a little tedious.-The MicroSD port doesn't seem to work. I add a MicroSD with images on it but the frame says no card is found. Card works on everything else I add it too.-The screen arrived with a few little air pocket looking defects on the screen that I assume are from a screen protector that was applied. They aren't noticeable when the frame is on (for most images) but shows a lack of quality control.-Takes a long time to startup.-No zoom ability.-There's no way to sort pictures or make albums within the frame's software. It'd be nice to have folders for various seasons, holidays, time periods, etc.All that being said my mom will really enjoy seeing pics of the grandkids and she won't fret over the above grievances like I would. It's a satisfactory frame for many situations, but I wouldn't be satisfied with it myself. Quality and features just aren't good enough for the price.

No Major Issues But Somewhat Disappointed
It took me a week to get it set up. While the instructions themselves were okay, I didn't want to send thousands of photos from my phone in batches of 50 at a time, so I bought an SD card. I missed the one sentence on the site that stated the max SD card size is 32 gigs (totally my fault but as a helpful hint from my headaches, make sure you format your SD card to fat32 before you transfer files). So when I bought a 64 gig card and transferred a bunch of photos, it wouldn't (obviously) read the card.I was slightly concerned based on some people's reviews saying that the company was difficult to get ahold of. That was certainly not the case with me. They responded quickly, were kind, and offered photos and videos for clarification. One thing I would change if I could: when you choose "random" for your album settings, it makes the *photographs* random. It does not pull any videos into the feed that you may have saved to the device itself or saved to an SD card. So you either watch all photographs or all videos. First world problem but disappointing nonetheless. But, a good note in the "random" setting - It randomly and alternately chooses photos from the SD card AND its own internal memory so if you have files saved both to an SD card and to the internal memory of the frame, it randomly selects photos from both locations. Also of note - I have not had any issues using a 5 ghz wifi connection to transfer files.Overall, it does what it should. Great picture quality and makes my office a bit less depressing. But I would not buy it for its current price at over $100. I purchased it during a sale for $50 and $50 seems reasonable for the product (and minor issues) I recieved. It's been running for two days now and so far, no major issues.

Such a great gift!
My daughter gifted this Sammix Digital Frame to me for Christmas a couple of years ago. I’ve enjoyed it so much I’ve ordered two more to give as gifts. Simply install an app on the device of your choice and just upload the photos you want displayed. The interface is not complicated. Each frame has its own I.d. number so if you have that then you can upload to any frame. I plan to do this for my parents. It’s motion activated and, if you prefer, you can set times for it to snooze so it doesn’t run all night. It gives me such joy to stop what I’m doing and see photos of my loved ones, pets or beautiful places! I’ve found occasionally the frame needs to be rebooted which is just a simple “turn off/turn on” -like and electronic these days.

Beautiful big screen
Only thing that could make it perfect would be if it could be powered without a cord. Love that we could upload family pictures via a USB, lots of features to enjoy your pictures.

So much fun for the entire family!
This past Christmas I purchased a total of eight of these frames for myself/my husband, our six adult children, and my sister. They were incredibly easy to set up and before I knew it I was receiving a combination of "blasts from the past" and hilariously beautiful recent photos. Even better, our adult children have had so much fun sending silly pics to one another. Although you must give someone a temporary use code to enable access to your frame, there is no way of knowing what the pictures will be, and that makes it so entertaining. I highly recommend this as a gift for any occasion, especially for families who do not get to see one another as often as they would like. Although we all have access to social media, some of us are a little more private about what we put out there for the world to see, and this frame makes it possible to share with a special group what you might not post on the interwebs. Definitely one of my best ever gift ideas!

She loved it
My old boss put me onto this; purchased for my Nana and set it up for her 90th. Immediate family was all given permission to send pictures and she LOVES it. Its a cute way to send her surprise messages and keep her updated on family evens she can't be at.
