Not just for athletes!
This book is written with the table tennis player in mind, but Finn does a fantastic job of structuring his research and content to apply to the average person as well. I am by no means an athlete, but will certainly use what I learned from this book to work to improve upon my diet, sleep, as well as mental well-being. I would highly recommend this book to any table tennis player, athlete, or those just looking to make personal improvements along one of the seven domains Finn writes about in his book.Finn also runs a YouTube channel of the same name, Peak Performance Table Tennis, in which he explores the topics of this books and gives examples for his readers/subscribers to use. I actually watched one of the meditation videos before writing this review and found it very helpful. The channel is a great visual supplement to the content of the book!

Very detailed and helpful ways to improve my overall game, as well as balling me make the best out of my physical workouts. Very comprehensive and well-researched!

An absolute Game Changer!!
I quickly opened to the pages and chapters I needed the most help in, and used it in my training/routine, and saw immediate results. When I say the little things matter. It really matters. And this book, is for the semi-pros like me that want to think like the legends of the Table Tennis community. I really enjoy this book so far, can’t wait to add more of the content to my arsenal and implement!! 100 stars Kevin!!! 🔥💪🏾🏓👌🏾

Great collection of science based tips
Great collection of science based tips to improve your table tennis covering both physical and psychological aspects of the training and the game.Easy to read and many of the tips don't require much effort to follow, so it works even if you're lazy :)Just make sure you keep your training journal and a pen close when you read, you'll want to write a lot!

A Uniquely Helpful Resource
As others have mentioned, this book covers areas that are important but generally neglected. Also, the online resources (videos and more) extend the value of the content. For me, the chapter on improving your table tennis with rapid learning was a revelation, and applying its research-based principles has noticeably improved my skills in just one month!

Great overall plan for fitness, creating and keeping good habits and of course table tennis
Very down to earth and easy to read. A definite help for overall fitness and developing and keeping good habits. And of course table tennis. There are two or three chapters that I've reread a few times and have started taking notes on them. Very accessible book!

Much better than I expected
It is a good comprehensive text book for table tennis players to get peak performance. Overall these research and tips are excellent, I give this book 5 stars.

Complete book on all you need to be the best player you can be
Perfectly written, with comprehensive guidelines on everything you need to improve all aspects around table tennis. Definetely recommend for anyone interested in taking a deep dive on all things table tennis.

Excellent livre
Je recommande vivement. J'ai acheté ce livre en anglais car je ne l'ai pas trouvé en français, mais il n'est pas très dur à lire. L'auteur explique très bien le "comment apprendre" en tennis de table. (attention, il n'apprend pas la technique gestuelle) Le livre s'appuie sur beaucoup d'études scientifiques, et on sent le gros travail de recherche, de vulgarisation, et d'application au domaine du ping. Excellent livre.

Great input to go further in table tennis
I truly enjoyed reading the book. The insides into meal planning, proper workout routines and a huge amount of information to various topics in the sport of table tennis really make the book amazing to read. I have to add though that most of the information is most likely too much for the amateur park player and rather useful for true club players that want to step up their game. For them it is worth the investment.Kevin Finn truly supports his readers amazingly and answers every question via mail that might occur while also sharing the newest science of this awesome sport.
