Product arrived complete with good instructions for use. Seller reached out to offer assistance if needed for installation and setup. During installation, an ear cover tore while installing. Reached out to the seller and another ear piece arrived within a couple of days and the unit works perfectly. Great customer service work because I probably would have used as it was or rigged something up.

I love these headsets! I originally purchased one for listening to music in my motorcycle helmet, but I was pleasantly surprised that I could take calls AND the callers could hear me clearly. I now have one installed in both of my street helmets. Easy controls for volume, changing songs, and answering calls. I read a few reviews that say these are too quiet, and I disagree. When installed properly, with the speakers close to your ears, it is definitely loud enough. Newer kits come with foam spacers to position the speakers closer to your ears if the ear pockets in your helmet are deep. I had to use these spacers in my second helmet, because it was too quiet without. Mounting can be tricky, but customer service is great. I damaged the foam on a speaker, and they sent me a replacement in less than 1 week. I highly recommend these.

For a budget priced blutooth, I'm overall satisfied with sound quality. Radio doesn't seem to capture all the stations & there's some static. Phone connects good, voice command makes it very convenient while riding. I had to dig out some foam from my helmet to make it fit so my ears won't be pinched. Large wheel knob is easy to control volume while riding with gloves. Other buttons are within easy control as well.

Saw this as a Black Friday deal and was in the market for an intercom.Installing was relatively simple but be prepared to get creative depending on your helmet brand. The unit is bulky andI'm not keen on attaching everything with 3M adhesive. But the controls are easy to work with even while wearing gloves.My biggest disappointment is the volume. I have to crank it all the way up to hear with the bike idling. At highway speed I can't hear anything at all.

My wife and I ride our own motorcycles. We have never been able to communicate until this year. after reviewing tons of setups my wife and I made the mistake of buying the expensive, overrated Sena. They were garbage from the beginning. After almost a month of trying to get any kind of customer support from Sena, I gave up . A co-worker told me about the Fosdsports her and her hubby had and loved. She was right when she told me of the solid quality headsets. They work GREAT! I just wish I would have heard about Fosdsports before I wasted $ on Sena. The Fosdsports exceeded my expectations.

I read the reviews on this item and they seemed ok so I took a chance, mistake. The quality of the headset is adequate, but the mounting aspects were hard to find the right orientation to get them to fit right. The speakers are incredibly low quality, and the provided adhesive to mount the speakers is sub par. The instructions are hard to follow, and one indication is that English is a sub language. Typical low end Chinese stuff. I rarely return anything to Amazon as O don’t want to get out on the hit list. But this headset is junk, and I’d not recommend it.

No need to depend on the fragile "sticky tape" to secure the unit to the side of the helmet as long as JB Weld is handy. our first trip, the unit came loose so when I returned home, it was JB time and from then own I could not ask for a better unit.The sound and volume is all we could ask for, and the simplicity is amazing. Now understand, there are "bells and whistles" available that we have no interest such as music, phone service etc. We simply use the intercom and have not even tried the other stuff that is available. Cannot comment on the battery life as it is good for five ours for sure.I would recommend this unit to a friend,.

Bought this so my son and I could chat while riding but went out for first ride after fitting unit and it fell off the moiunt. Luckily it hung on by the cable and did not get lost. So I am less than impressed with how it attaches to a helmet. Really need a more secure method to connect to the attached mount so it can't come unclipped while putting the helmet on and off.
