I am The Abs Diet Biggest Fan/... This has helped keep me in line and stick to my diet. I have lost over 60 lbs and have kept it off for over 10 yrs.

Very Informative
This book breaks down alot about minerals,vitamins & healthy alternatives to treat yourself when you want to snack the best thing about it is it doesn't deprive you of everything where you feel restricted by just eating boring meals daily

Pretty much as fast as it claims. Pick up his other books.
Everything tastes good. Some things take about 10 mins and some ingredients can be hard to find in a small red meat and dairy lovin' town, so if that's the town you live in don't expect to be able to start the day you get the book. Several ingredients need to be ordered over the internet. No worries though, it has healthy fats enough that your husband will get jealous about what your eating, start snitching your food, and ask when you're gonna start your diet. He'll never realize you've put him on it as long as you don't serve him any green smoothies! I've picked up his other books for when I have more time on some evenings and lots of weekends. It was nice to fit back into last years party clothes this season!

Love these books!
I wanted to lose weight and eat less processed foods. My husband heard of these books so I surprised him with 2 of the Abs Diet Books. I live by these books and have lost weight and best of all, I am never, never hungry. The smoothies are just delicious and the recipes are quick and easy for those of us rushing out to work in the morning. I have many diet books and these are my favorites as they have basic ingredients and I am not running to the store to purchase food that I may never eat again! Well worth the read and the author is a great writer who ads wit with his wisdom. He is actually very funny and I am following this way of eating more than my husband is.

I expected used but it had a goodwill sticker for $2.00 and I paid much more for it

When 150 is not 150...
This is the first Abs Diet book that disappointed me. I am excited to have finally found a diet that is practical and healthy, and was looking forward to a cookbook filled with great ideas for new recipies. What this is, however, is a recap of the entire Abs Diet for the first half of the book, and then a few recipies with a whole lot of variations. Many recipies are virtually identical with only one or two ingredients changed. I found nothing new that wasn't in the original books. If you would never have thought to substitute raspberries for blueberries, then you might find this book helpful. But for those of us who love to cook, (thus leading to a need for the Abs Diet...) there is nothing really helpful or new.

WORTH A TRY
Any cookbook that proclaims "6-minute meals" is worth taking a look at just for the ideas!
