I'm very happy with this purchase and have not had any difficulty searing gutta percha during endo cases. Save yourself a lot of money as it works just as well as one of the expensive obturating systems I used in school clinic.

I bought this product in August, used it once and the second time it didn't work. I tried to contact you several times and there was no way to do it. Very bad service and product.

My dentist loved it as a gift. Works well and easy clean up.
