This Mesh system has been nothing but a pain since first install. Arris software is terrible, unintuitive, and completely useless in most cases. The mesh network is consistently dropping signal, or unable to be connected to at all, resulting in constant resets or restarts for one, two, or all networking gear in the system. Terrible product, terrible support. Won’t be buying arris again.

I like this router. It produces a strong signal with no noticeable decline in network connectivity.I installed it with the help of my internet tech who was installing new connection into my house. We have a line directly off the pole so the incoming network is right at what we are paying for. When we test the router it shows very similar numbers, indicating that there is no loss of internet speed through the router.It is a mesh device. I have the primary station by my TV, hard-lined into the modem. The TV is right next to it and has a strong signal. Upstairs I have a second device that wirelessly hooks to the primary station and that one powers the signal upstairs. My entire house has good signal as does most of my yard. In fact, my phone doesn't register a loss of connection until I'm halfway down the block.All we use is 1 TV, 1 X-Box, 1 desktop computer, and 2 cell phones, plus whatever guests use. It works well and I will definitely recommend this device.Setup was easy. If you understand basics in how to hook up a modem and router this will be easy. As for hooking up extra devices, the app walks you through the process. It's easy.

My phone says “weak security” when I’m connected to the wifi. I have no idea how to configure this router other than that. The wifi signal is very strong so far no issues or nothing and I don’t lag when I play my PC. I just can’t figure out how to change the security protocol.

This product did not work out of the box and multiple calls to tech support to verify that I recently purchased this item - even after verifying that I just bought the item tech support at Arris had no record of my emails or purchase. The tech support person told me to return this item as it was likely a refurbished item even thought it was advertised as a new never used item. This was a waste of several hours of my time. Its hard to believe that Amazon does not verify new vs refurbished items.

They work like a charm! Excellent coverage and never loose a signal and we have a 2700 sq,ft. home with a full basement !!

Had these for 3 months now and noticed zero difference in internet speed or location/distance. Unfortunately out of the return window. Very unsatisfied. Troubleshot over the phone with manufacturer and still did not work properly. Do not recommend.

Will not connect with my existing Arris modem with built wireless WiFi router. The Apps get stuck. All my wireless devices such genie Aladdin garage opener quit operating on WiFi, TVs and wireless doorbell camera. Cable service provider is Xfinity/comcast.👎
