We Landed At Dawn; The Story Of The Dieppe Raid

This was written from an embedded war correspondent's perspective. It was an interesting read, but I got tired of hearing all allied successes attributed to courage and good planning; while all failures attributed to bad luck. I was hoping for an objective historical piece, instead received war propaganda.

Written very matter of fact but puts you there, which is why I read it.
