love him or hate him
Whatever you think of Jeremy as a person, the passion in his writing is obvious in each well crafted sentence, and there are moments of sublime description. This is not a petrol head who can see nothing beyond poweeeeeer! He describes a sunset with the same love that he describes an AMG tuned Merc. Read this, and you learn about powerful machines, but you will also learn from a man who has an eye for beauty that ranges from a V8 to the wonders of the world.

MOTORWORLD
As a car buff , I found this account by Clarkson vastly entertaining, despite the hyperbole and exaggeration .I prefer his writing to his TV programme " Top Gear " which in my mind has departed from the essence of motoring and has become pure sensationalism.

Four Stars
It's impossible to not read this book in Clarkson's voice in your head.

Typical Clarkson
A good read in typical Clarkson style. Easy to pick up, read a short chapter about a particular country and put down again until you next have a few minutes spare.

Some people say ........
Clarkson is always entertaining. The secret to enjoying him? Don't take him too seriously.

Motorworld Jeremy Clarkson.
Usual witty writing from the author but now a little out-of-date, which I didn't appreciate when I purchased the book - I should have taken more care by reading the summary and other information.

great fun
Great book, funny, learn about the the world. Chapters are not followed on, so can read one then put down and when I pick it up next time, its a whole new story! great for people who don't have lots of time to read!
