keyboard was easy to install, very inexpensive, and fixed all the issues i had with my old one.only thing i wish, is that it would have had a backlight, like the original did, but i knew that when i bought it.great value for the money

Great option for a replacemetn keyboard..
This is a replacement unit for another replacement option where I accidentally tore the ribbon cable rendering the upper 2 rows mostly useless.. rather than try to fix that, the price and quicker delivery than Prime made it an easier choice to get a laptop back up and running.Should last far longer then the current operating system updates offered.

Arrived broken into pieces
Gambled on a $7 purchase and lost. This keyboard has had the bezel broken off of it. It might have been salvageable if all of the retention clips on the top of the bezel were not sheared off as well. I someone attempted to install it incorrectly and broke most of the retention clips. As it is it won't clip into the palm rest well enough to be usable.

Get a professional to install it.
Space key doesn't work properly. Has to be pressed in the middle otherwise no space is entered. Very troublesome when typing text. Other than that looks good and works fine.

Fits perfect, works great! You would never know I replaced my keyboard, and for under $15.00!!I have an HP Pavilion 3200, which is about 6 or 7 yrs old and I can't afford to replace the entire laptop, so after spilling on my keyboard I went into panic mode. Until I talked to my IT friend and he told me to buy a replacement keyboard on Amazon and he would install it! I'm so happy I found this!

Replaced keyboard on HP Pavilion dv6 3127 Laptop
Bought this to replace the original keyboard on my HP Pavilion dv6 3127 Laptop. Fits perfect and everything works great now. You can't even tell it has been replaced! This does not come with instructions so you'll need to go to youtube and find a how to video if you don't know how to replace your keyboard (it is really easy to do though).

Just like HP Genuine Keyboard
I was not sure about the built quality and performance but once received found no difference between Genuine HP keyboard with this replacement. I give 5 star.
